Honey Mustard Sauce
1 Cup 1/2 and 1/2
1/2 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Yellow Mustard
1/8 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbls Butter
1/2 tsp Minced garlic
1 oz White wine vinegar
This recipe is so easy.
Sauté garlic in butter, Add vinegar then cream, mustard and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and reduce for five minutes; remove from heat and stir in the honey.
Refrigerate and use when needed. Great on Burgers, Dogs, Chicken, Ribs. Use as a marinade or Salad dressing.
Teriyaki Glaze
1 Cup Soy Sauce
6 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 Cup Brown sugar
1/2 Cup Honey
Put all ingredients except the honey in a sauce pan bring to a boil and reduce for 15 minutes. Remove from heat stir in honey and cool.
This a great marinade for chicken, As well as a glazing for BBQ Baked Ham, Salmon and Shrimp.
Honey Brine
To every Gallon of water, Add 6 Cups Sugar and 6 Cups Honey ( Use warm water ) This is a soaking liquid for any poultry. Just put the Bird in the Brine and soak overnight. This will infuse the flavor in the meat. And gives you added moisture as well as sweetness for grilling or baking.
